Millie

9.15.17 Update. Millie has been adopted!

Regal and beautiful, Millie has had a long journey. She was found on the streets of San Antonio, Texas and brought to a shelter. As Hurricane Harvey wreaked havoc on parts of Texas animal shelters needed room to accommodate for the hundreds of pets being surrounded and found. Millie was put on the euthanasia list.

Having such wonderful luck with a previous Great Pryneese, Finney, VEBR pulled Millie, arranged for all her medical and transport and saved her. She arrived last week and is settling. She’s severely underweight (approximately 30 pounds), but otherwise healthy, super smart and affectionate.

Millie, approximately one and a half years old, needs basic obedience as she’s never learned that jumping up greet, say hello, and play, is not okay (and she’s a big jump). She would do well in a family with older children. She loves to run, explore, is a good eater, and beautiful girl.

Millie is ready for her forever home. If you feel you can give this sweet girl the time, energy and devotion she needs, application is on our site, www.VermontEnglishBulldogRescue.com.
