12.16.17 update: Chewy has been adopted!
Chewy, a seven-month-old Austrilian terrier arrived from Texas after being found on the streets surviving on his own. He was in rough shape when he arrived, but with the help of our credit card, time, care, great food and supplements, and many vet visits, Chewy is cleared for adoption and ready for his new home.
He’s social, silly, and brings laughter and smiles to us on our most trying days. Chewy loves toys and other dogs and everybody. He’s self-entertaining and cheerful all the time.
Chewy is vaccinated, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative and super healthy. He needs a home where is is not left along for long periods of time as he’s a people-pup. Whenever we take Chewy on field trips, he always draws a crowd of people who love on him, talk to him and can’t believe he hasn’t been adopted. He’s a terrific little guy deserving of his own home.
